The demineralization device is an effective system designed for complete or partial removal in the water, anions and cations that coming from the salt dissolved in it. This device uses an ion exchange process. This type of demineralization applies to all industrial painting processes. We obtain clean water stored in a special tank. It can be used both for moisturizing and for the last rinse.
Mode of action
This device consists of columns equipped with anion and cationic resins that capture anions and cations present in water, both eliminating the salts dissolved in it. The use of resins means that the ions found in the wastewater are removed continuously until their concentration reaches the limit set in the device configuration. Fluctuations in the level of the substance in the solution are minimal, which allows you to control its possible increase.
Application
The ion exchange demineralization process is used in the treatment of waste water containing chromic acid, metal salts, cyanide and phosphates, which is toxic water used in large quantities for washing during the electroplating, degreasing and pickling processes.
Advantages
-
BETTER EFFICIENCY IN INDUSTRIAL PAINTING PROCESSES AND CATHOPHORESIS RISING FROM A CONSTANT LOW PRESSURE
-
MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY AND EFFICIENCY OF THE OPERATIONAL PROCESS RESULTING FROM CONSTANT, HIGH QUALITY OF DEMINERALIZED WATER
