CHEMIFOR consists of people whose undoubted strength is their specialisation in paint coagulation and flotation processes, but also their practical approach gained from working in large production companies, including direct involvement in industrial paint shops.

The experience we have gained along our professional path, combined with our commitment to our projects, allows us to deliver effective and efficient solutions at least to the level we ourselves would expect if we were on the other side.

What do we do?

We manufacture and provide equipment and chemical agents for water treatment in industrial paint shops.

We have specialised our business by focusing on separating and removing paints and varnishes from water in wet filtration booths.

At the same time, we have set ourselves the goal of covering the process as a whole, in both chemical and technological terms. As a result, we are able to supply industrial paint shops with complete, ready, and efficient systems for coagulation and flotation of paints.

We are confident in the effectiveness and efficiency of the solutions we offer, which is why we provide free technical support throughout the period of cooperation.

It should be remembered that paint coagulation is a process that is dependent on the painting process itself, and therefore certain technical aspects of paint booths or systems can affect its operation. Consequently, we are happy to provide a free consultation already at the planning stage of the project. Should problems occur in the regular production, we also remain available 24/7 and our paramount goal is to ensure continuous and stable water treatment in industrial paint shops.

Who do we work with?

We work with small, medium, and large industrial paint shops throughout Poland.

We will select the effective water treatment chemical agents for both stable painting processes, where process variability is low, but also for paint shops where process parameters such as paint consumption, type of paint, or changes in painted parts change frequently.

We remain constantly available in terms of regular cooperation. You can reach us by phone 24/7, and if remote assistance is not enough, we provide on-site intervention by our technician.

Regular follow-up visits.

We carry out regular inspections of the coagulation process at set intervals. We then also verify the technical condition of the water treatment system components.
